A leading real estate client in Overland Park, KS is looking for a Product Support Representative to join their team to help provide in-depth product support to clients by resolving incoming inquiries through phone and e-mail communication.
Responsibilities
Maintains and fosters the relationship between the clients by ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and problem resolution
Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters
Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Mortgage industry experience would be nice to have
Experience in troubleshooting and triaging software applications
