Job Description:
Helpdesk Specialist- Tier 2
- Onsite in Boston, Contract- Potential for extension and/or conversion
- Preferred: Entry-Level position, Related bachelor's degree, some experience in desktop & AV support
Must Haves:
- 1-3+ years of experience of end-user support experience or recent college graduate in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Windows 10 (prefers some MAC experience if possible)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience creating workstation images
- Some AD (basic level changing passwords)
- Experience deploying Windows patches and security fixes.
- Some AV experience (support conference rooms)
- Associate degree or its equivalent is required
- Strong customer service skills, and communication, verbal and written
