Leading law firm is expanding and seeks a Partner with Insurance Coverage experience to join any of their office locations throughout New York State. Option to work fully or mostly remote. Portables are not required.
Responsibilities:
Draft coverage opinions and litigation coverage matters
Negotiate settlements of cases alongside clients with difficult coverage issues
Analysis of claims
Qualifications:
Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in NY
7+ experience in insurance coverage
Strong communication and writing skills
Base Salary 170k-250k+ Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package
