Job Description:
FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable organization that is seeking to add a
Benefits Coordinator to their team in Mobile, Alabama.
***This is an onsite role that cannot be performed remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the administration and enrollment of all benefits for clients and their employees
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments
- Assist with the open enrollment process
- Perform as a liaison between client employees and brokers
- Provide benefit orientations and assisting employees with insurance related inquiries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in high volume benefits enrollment
- On the job understanding of health insurance, 401(k) and compensation programs
- Customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in an onsite setting
