We are currently looking for a Safety Administrator with professional experience to join our team!

What you'll be doing:
Administrative
Assist the team in having tools and documents as needed
Drivers scores: Run monthly and add to rolling spreadsheet. Run additional when requested.
Run scheduled MVR's on all employees in a vehicle or with access to rental vehicles
Monthly Safety Report
QuickBase maintenance
Add Corporate new hire profiles
Modify profiles to match UKG data changes
Provide reporting as requested
Create new reports for Team use as needed
Training assistance
Facilitate Construction safety training coordination with recruiting
Maintain ongoing record of training details on the Teams page
Facilitate PPE fulfillment through the warehouse for new hires
Order equipment for training as directed
Monitor and maintain attendance record for weekly Service Safety calls
Procurement
Work directly with Warehouse to ensure adequate supply to meet the needs of Service technicians
Order PPE for warehouse to maintain agreed upon inventory
Place Construction safety PPE orders as requested, fulfill common needs through warehouse.
Maintain full PPE/T-shirt inventory spreadsheet
Monitor T-shirt inventories across all locations through Teams page
Maintain inventory at T-shirt vendor warehouse and order as needed
Create PO's related to Safety costs using REMA
Monitor exceptions from Accounts Payable and resolve
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree; or 2 years of previous Administrative experience working in Safety, Human Resources or related discipline
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Problem solving-resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
Interpersonal Skills-maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
Oral communication-speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings

Planning/organizing-prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans
Quality control-demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
