We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst with expertise in Excel and SAP systems to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization, with a focus on compensation and total rewards management.
Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills to perform data analysis, including proficiency with formulas such as vlookup/xlookup, index match, sumifs, etc.
Create and manipulate pivot tables to summarize, analyze, and present large datasets effectively.
Develop visually appealing charts and graphs for data visualization purposes.
Conduct data validation, auditing, and formatting to ensure accuracy and consistency in data management processes.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of SAP HRIS and SuccessFactors, including experience with Spinfx reporting for creating and running reports.
Familiarity with compensation benchmarking is preferred, with the ability to analyze salary surveys, market pricing data, and job evaluations.
Experience with compensation databases such as Mercer and WTW is a plus.
Preferred background in Total Rewards/HR, with a high-level understanding of organizational design, job architecture, and basic HR fundamentals.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling personal and pay data, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
Exhibit excellent listening skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail to ensure accurate analysis and decision-making
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
Previous experience in data analysis or HR analytics role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
