Job Description:

Summary:

We're actively seeking a NetSuite Administrator in preparation for our NetSuite ERP implementation. This person will be a key player in the implementation of the NetSuite system company-wide. In addition, this role will maintain, configure, and customize the system to support the organization's business operations. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement solutions to improve system functionality, performance, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working with the NetSuite platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) and play a key role in the ERP implementation, providing on-going support to end users.
  • Competency with save search and write script functions
  • Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite requests to fully optimize and maintain the system. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles to support business needs.
  • Prioritize requests within the NetSuite Support Case queue and coordinate tasks with NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team and the Internal NetSuite Support Team.
  • Work with various teams to understand business needs and translate into technical or functional requirements for NetSuite developers.
  • Staying up to date on NetSuite functionality and evaluating new features
  • Support the internal and external audit process.
  • Maintain and optimize NetSuite ERP system configurations to support business operations.
  • Prepare customized reports, KPI dashboards, queries, saved searches, and workflows within the NetSuite platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements and customizations.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing system controls and best practices.
  • Develop systems training material including user manuals and provide end-user training and support to ensure system adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Configure integrations between NetSuite and other business applications. On larger integration projects, act as primary liaison with consultants
  • Stay current on NetSuite platform updates and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience administering and customizing a NetSuite ERP system
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  • Experienced with ecommerce/B2C experience a big plus
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow development, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder a plus
  • A business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment and prioritizing appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workloads/projects.
  • Highly organized with superb attention to detail.
  • Manage time to meet tight deadlines while remaining organized, detail-oriented, accurate and thorough
