Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Workout Specialist I for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Job Description:
Managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediations, and/or settlements.
Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
Manages stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
Team Duties:
This team manages and supports the control step
The team is part of the recovery department, and is a last stop in the settlement review process
The largest portion of the case review is in Credit Cards
Daily and weekly reports are received, the contractor will receive a control or process and each day they work the accounts
The team is not customer facing
Desired Experience:
2+ year of relevant professional experience in a financial services background
Experience in Excel and root cause analysis
Understanding credit cards and researching payments
Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure and partnering with 3rd party law firms
Working independently and being resourceful
Enterprise/corporate environment background
