About The Role:
We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our PanasonicWELL product team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our research, design, engineering, and product teams to deliver foundational and novel interface components for
multiple design systems. We are building the next generation of famtech products and want someone passionate about usability and helping families reach their goals through thoughtful, well-designed surfaces.
You're passionate about design details and think about whole-product, multi-channel, and multi-modal experiences.
You are comfortable working with the ambiguity that comes with innovation. You enjoy the autonomy and responsibility to design based on your experience, heuristic knowledge, and user desires to deliver intuitive and remarkable experiences that work delightfully.
PanasonicWELL is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
What You'll Do:
? Collaborate with Researchers and UX Designers to analyze user insights for design efficacy
? Translate brand visual direction into usable interface components
? Develop tokens for flexible, scalable UI libraries Design and compose components from an atomic level
? Develop and grow a design system to establish scalable principles, patterns, and components
? Co-create component and design system documentation to ensure high-quality consumer experiences
? Collaborate with interaction designers to bring your interfaces to life. Insist on high design standards that reflect the needs of your users
? Scope, estimate, prioritize design work in collaboration with engineering, program management, and product team leads
? Ensure UX Designers have a library of consistent, logical components
? Collaboratively conceptualize, define and design features across digital and service touchpoints
? Embrace co-creative processes with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process
? Embrace a minimal and aesthetic design that emphasizes simplicity
What You'll Bring:
? A 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
? 5+ years of interface design experience
? Experience with designing for conversational interfaces
? Ability to develop and maintain multi-channel design systems and UI libraries
? Expert proficiency with Figma
? Familiarity with collaboration tools like Zeplin and Tokens Studio
? Understanding of front-end component development
? Experience working in an agile/scrum development process, including use of Jira and Confluence
? Exceptional interaction and systems design skills
? Strong ability to communicate and present design rationale with the internal team, stakeholders, and leadership
? Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment with multiple stakeholders
? A portfolio URL or PDF to submit with application that demonstrates systematic thinking, strong visual hierarchy, and continued iteration on designs

and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
