This is a part-time hybrid role for a Talent Department Intern at Unruly Agency. As a Talent Department Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Department in various day-to-day tasks. This includes assisting with influencer research, managing databases, coordinating social media collaborations, and providing overall administrative support. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Talent Trophies: updating award tracker and delivering talent milestone awards
On boarding: putting together welcome packages for new talent
Talent Decks: working with talent team to create visually pleasing and data oriented decks for talent success meetings
Talent Content Shoots: assisting talent to ensure they are comfortable and are provided anything needed
Administrative Support:
Event Coordination:assist team with event coordination needs (creating digital assets, coordinating food, beverage, decor, assisting on site)
Social media:
Analyzing Social Media Data: compile and analyze data on social media performance, audience demographics, and industry trends to tailor social media strategy effectively
Talent acquisition:
Researching Prospective Talent: researching and keeping up to date with new leads, trending creators
