Position provides classification/position management services through consultation with management by conducting studies and ongoing maintenance of the classifications as well as other special projects. Assignments include some of the most dynamic programs in the department. Independently conducts classification studies, documenting decisions with appropriate use of classification factors, research comparisons and benchmarks using appropriate job methodology evaluation. Recommends new classes, training requirements and salary grades to OSHR as needed. Communicates clearly with HR and division management.
