Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Development. The Director of Development will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the development department. This includes planning and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, creating and executing annual giving campaigns, and budgeting. The Director of Development will also be responsible for philanthropy and developing and implementing planned giving programs.
Qualifications
Experience in planned giving, annual giving, and philanthropy
Strong budgeting and fundraising skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
Knowledge of donor management systems
Experience in a non-profit organization
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
