Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Provide support to the Office Manager and other team members as needed
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
