Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Provide support to the Office Manager and other team members as needed

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
