Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of Max's Services LLC and Installs Unlimited LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, driving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service in the appliance service industry.
Responsibilities:
1. **Strategic Leadership:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets for Max's Services LLC and Installs Unlimited LLC.
- Implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across both entities.
2. **Team Management:**
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of technicians, administrative staff, and customer service representatives for both Max's Services LLC and Installs Unlimited LLC.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across both organizations.
3. **Customer Satisfaction:**
- Ensure the delivery of prompt, reliable, and high-quality installation and repair services to customers of Max's Services LLC and Installs Unlimited LLC.
- Monitor customer feedback for both entities and implement measures to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
4. **Financial Management:**
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize profitability for both Max's Services LLC and Installs Unlimited LLC.
- Implement cost-control measures and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives across both organizations.
5. **Vendor and Supplier Management:**

- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements to support the business objectives of both entities.
6. **Compliance and Safety:**

7. **Technology and Innovation:**

Qualifications:
