The Role
A fully immersive startup experience. You will work closely with the founding team to execute special projects across business units. Mermaid Chart is a rapidly growing company who's personnel needs change on a daily basis. We are looking for a smart, hard working, startup generalist to join the team this Summer to help the company scale. You will get full exposure to how a startup works from the inside, while executing projects that have a direct impact on the company's success. The role will vary based on your background and we will hire the best culture and mindset fit over a specific skillset. The role provides reasonable hourly pay depending on experience level.
Responsibilities may include
Execute data analysis and build data dashboards within Mixpanel to monitor product usage, marketing conversions, ICP refinement and more.
Identify opportunities for Product Led Growth (PLG) within Mermaid Chart's platform by identifying problems with Product deep dives
Source and help hold customer interviews
Sales and customer success support
Assist with defining what a qualified lead looks like through data analysis, customer interview insights, and research
Assist in CRM evaluation, procurement, and set up
Run outbound email & LinkedIn sales experiments to enterprise leads to help determine positioning
Generalist support across marketing, product, and operations
