Responsible for variety of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture products to blueprints, customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.

Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions using proficient welding techniques to AWSD 1.1, 1.2 Read, interpret and fit to dimensions on detailed structural and pipe drawings Process inspection, certification, and documentation for job assignment(s) Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools as requiredUse of fitting tools, including, but not limited to tape measure, square & angles, protractor degrees Complete and understand all necessary weld/machine setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.) Use safe work habits and adhere to all safety regulations and requirements Perform work in adherence with Lean Manufacturing concepts Maintain clean, organized safe working environment with equipment and materials located in proper locations in accordance with 5S standards Adhere to all Quality Standards as responsible for quality of own work Perform other job duties as assigned Must be able to fit
