Job Description:

Job Functions:
Participate in the design and engineering of products from concept to commissioning.Review and interpret technical specifications.Document component technical information and analysis/calculations.Develop design package and technical package information as required.Review technical drawings for completeness and accuracy.Knowledge and familiarity with company's drafting standards and practices.Provide and perform engineering assistance for field service problems.Work with technical writing to develop language for manuals/technical bulletins for critical systems.Prepare preliminary and detailed design drawings.Participate in engineering projects and engineering meetings.Assist in the investigation and analysis of new material and engineering practices.Work with other departments including production, design engineering, electrical engineering, and sales to complete tasks as assigned.Edit and construct technical data for operation, maintenance, and parts manuals.Create and organize complete bill of materials for purchasing.Ability to travel when necessary (up to 20%).Other functions as assigned.
