Our Med/Surg and Telemetry teams need strong leaders to manage the day-to-day along with the vision of the units. Proven, successful management/leadership experience required. Work closely with other RN Managers, CNO, and Staff Development, Quality and Risk. Responsible for the selection of staff, orientation, education, competency evaluation, policies and procedures.
