Job Description:

The Repack Operator is responsible for hand depalletizing product, repacking product in the appropriate configuration, hand palletizing product as it is repacked and delivering product via an electric pallet jack or forklift to appropriate warehousing location for staging a safe and efficient manner. This position is generally scheduled for 40 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the business

Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs hand stacking and repacking of product to meet customer standards in a safe and efficient manner.
Safely operate forklift and perform all tasks necessary to ensure high quality of product handling within the facility. Immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
Frequently lift product that weighs up to 30 pounds.
Work safely and effectively as a team in a fast paced environment to meet customer expectations.
Keep product rotated by date and code for quality purposes. Identify products by labels and date codes and stage for repackaging.
Communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor/Lead on any potential or existing problems that could adversely affect customer satisfaction.
Report food safety problems and initiating action and for support SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality.
Maintain housekeeping, GMPs, and safety within the facility.
Perform any or all of the duties and responsibilities of a Forklift Operator as needed.
Perform all other duties as needed or as requested by management.
