Job Description
Verification of sample submissions to Quality Control
Documentation of sample transactions in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Handling, storage, and organization of samples
Delivering samples to QC laboratories for testing as required
Interacting with outside customers and functional peer groups
Fulfilling sample pull requests
Compliance with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements
Conducting temperature, environmental, and/or CO2 monitoring.
Preparation of samples for shipment
Performing sample inventory and disposal
Ensuring compliance with SOPs; reports any quality or other anomalies through the Deviation Notification and Resolution system
Participating in required training activities
Qualifications
At least a high school diploma is required.
Thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask
Have a keen eye for detail
Can work in a team environment but can also take ownership of technical or business-related projects and improvements
Can perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
Knowledge cGMP is a plus
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Pay is $19.50/hr-22.50/hr.
2nd and 3rd shift positions will add a 10% and 15% differential to the base pay.
