The Manager of Business Operation leads the efforts to drive continuous improvement of operational excellence through the optimization of business processes!

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  
  


• Implement good practices and innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  


• Develop and communicate a strategic plan for process reengineering to align with organizational goals.
  
  


• Collaborate with key partners from multi-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.
  
  


• Lead the planning and execution of different projects for Business Operation team.
  
  

What we need to see:

• 10+ years of overall related work experience and 3+ years of leadership
  
  


• BS/BA (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related fields (master's preferred)
  
  


• Experiences as similar role.
  
  


• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• In-depth knowledge of process optimization methodologies and tools
  
  


• Superb communication skills, both verbal and writing, to effectively interact with technical and business team members.
  
  


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
