JOB DESCRIPTION

ADI Global Distribution is looking for a Sr. Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce strategy to drive growth across our digital platforms. As a key leadership role within our organization, you will be responsible for orchestrating demand generation, digital merchandising, commercialization, and marketing content strategy. We are looking for a proven leader of people with strategic e-commerce experience who can accelerate ADI's digital growth and lead our team toward greater sophistication and maturity in digital marketing.

JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive North America digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on demand generation, Merchandising, content strategy, and commercialization across website and mobile platforms.
• Drive digital merchandising efforts to optimize conversion, focusing on product assortments, promotions, and product data content to enhance profitable growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and sales teams to launch new products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with digital marketing strategies and objectives.
• Drive the content strategy, including the creation of new customer acquisition campaigns, brand launches, and other digital assets to support marketing and merchandising.
• Grow digital engagement across key customer journey points within email, social, mobile push messaging, events, forms, and other omnichannel touchpoints
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and ecommerce, and leverage insights for innovation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related field, with a demonstrable track record in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, demand generation, omni channel campaign management and digital merchandizing.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA (Master of Business Administration) or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven record of accomplishment of driving e-commerce growth through digital marketing and merchandising initiatives in B2C or B2B industries.
• Experience in retail, wholesale distribution, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven ability to lead change and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Creative mindset with a passion for engaging digital content and user experience optimization.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take risks and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
