Summary: Prepares and cooks food for retail operations in a safe and sanitary manner and assists chef and department manager with coordinating the activities of cooks and food service workers.


Salary range is $43,768 - $53,708 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.




Qualifications:Required Education and Experience


1. Associate's Degree or Certification in a related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience as a cook in a large scale food service operation; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience as a cook in a large scale food service operation.


NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
