Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you'll shape the future of our facilities engineering group?
As the Facilities Engineering Director, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our spaces, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving operational excellence. Here's what awaits you in this exciting position:


  • Strategic Facilities Leadership: You'll be leader for facilities engineering & operations groups (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Gas & Chemical, Water Systems, Tool Hookup).



  • Operational Excellence: Take charge of Facilities Operations and Central Utilities, providing strategic direction to the department. Manage budgets, oversee projects, and lead a team of 3 Facilities Managers and 70 indirect reports. Your impact will directly align with our Wafer ab goals.



  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with Fab Management and Corporate leaders. Solve complex facilities-related challenges and drive impactful projects. Your voice matters in shaping our facilities' future.





  • Are you ready to lead and innovate in the world of semiconductor facilities? Here's what we're looking for:


  • Education and Expertise:



    • Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is essential. If you have an Advanced Degree in an Engineering field, Engineering Management, or a Semiconductor-related discipline, that's even better.


    • Professional Engineering License: Possessing a Professional Engineering License is a definite plus.







  • Experience:



    • Semiconductor Site Management: You should have 15 years of direct experience managing a Semiconductor site Facilities team. Alternatively, 20 years of experience managing a high-purity operation and utilities will also be considered.


    • Leadership and Management: With 10+ years of leadership and management experience, you'll be well-prepared to guide our engineering teams and site operations.







  • Technical Knowledge:



    • Semiconductor Utilities: Familiarity with semiconductor utilities is crucial. Understanding the intricacies of Facilities systems and Fab tool requirements.


    • Facilities Design: Knowledge of Facilities design principles is a strong advantage
      .




  • Skills and Communication:



    • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential for effective Facilities management.


    • Presentation Skills: You'll communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.


    • Written and Oral Communication: As a leader, your ability to convey ideas effectively is paramount.
