A 40+ year old Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family, Federal, Industrial, TI & Wider Commercial builds.

With offices across the Front Range - this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.

Your New Role

Working from one of their Denver Offices, but covering Projects across the Rockies, you will hold end to end responsibility for project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied.


You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.


Currently, there is a need for Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, TI or Federal backgrounds and portfolios.


What you'll need to succeed

• Will have 5+ years experience as a Project Manager delivering Projects related to the above


• Confident with Procore and wider scheduling software


• 5+ years within a GC environment - understands the pace and day to day life of a GC


• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills


• Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects


• An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
