Your new role

• Oversee construction process on all assigned projects


• Project buyout (scope, negotiate and contract subcontractors)


• Managing project budgets


• Qualifying bids


• Scheduling


• Risk assessment and overall quality and performance in the field


• Reporting project progress to upper management and clients


• Review and submit project specific submittals

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 years of experience as a PM preferred


• New Construction and Renovation Experience


• Ability to understand plans, scopes and buyout of projects


• Energetic, Hardworking, Self-Motivated
