Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage heavy civil construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as required
• Ensure project safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Perform project financial analysis and reporting
• Manage project change requests and ensure they are tracked, communicated, and approved
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing heavy civil construction infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
