Our client is within the hospitality and entertainment business, expanding internationally and across the U.S. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team onsite (4 days onsite with 1 day remote) in New York City!
Your new role
As a key member of the People Team, you will engage with leaders across corporate divisions to secure premier talent that propels our business objectives forward. Your responsibilities include discerning hiring managers' precise needs, sourcing ideal candidates through innovative strategies, and overseeing the recruitment process up to the onboarding phase.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in an inhouse and corporate environment
Experienced in recruiting talent across all hierarchical levels within the Hospitality Industry (Required)
Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers, applicants, colleagues and outside search firms, and university administrators.
