HAYS has partnered with an international real estate company looking for a Portfolio Manager in Long Beach, CA to support their Student Housing portfolio across the US.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of a portfolio of student housing in the US and Canada.
Responsible for updating portfolio models and tracking actual/projected financial performance of assets.
Managing and preparing the annual budgets and reporting that covers the financial performance of assets.
Conduct scenario analyses of portfolio.
Creating leasing strategies to maximize revenue by analyzing preleasing trends in the market.
Keeping up with market intelligence by collecting data on the US student housing market.
What you'll need to succeed
8+ years' experience in Real Estate Investment/Asset Management
Degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance.
Strong analytical mind and financial modeling.
Experience in Multi-Family or Student Housing.
Attention to detail, team orientated, strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
