Job Description:

JOB DUTIES: Shoot and produce professional quality videos of wildlife, parks, fishing, boating and outdoor recreation activities for broadcast news, social media, advertising, public relations campaigns, sport shows or other media as required. Produce content that matches NGPC's brand standards. Maintain and operate digital cameras. Work with marketing and public relations team to identify video subject needs. Collaborate with other staff for multi-media productions. Find sources and conduct interviews. Review projects with supervisor and internal customers to make sure projects are on-brand and effective. Assist lead videographer as necessary.



Requirements / Qualifications:




Minimum Qualifications: Vocational/Technical diploma or Associates Degree in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, graphic arts, digital media, videography, or related field and at least one year of experience in conducting public relations, information, or graphic art activities. Required experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge of best video practices and digital media trends. Ability to produce high-quality productions and presentations for information, education and promotion. Experience in or knowledge of common video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro and Photoshop. Organized, detailed, and task-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
