We have a great opportunity as an Inside Sales Engineer in our Cincinnati, OH - Lathrop Trotter branch. This position works with the Outside Sales staff and customers on pricing, product/application support, and information/proposal generation. The primary focus of this position will be on the parts and fans portion of our business.

Some of the responsibilities include:


1. Selection and sizing of equipment (fans) to meet the needs of the customer and generate pricing proposals accordingly

2. Research and evaluate replacement and warranty parts inquiries and provide proper selection and price proposals

3. Recommend products and accessories that meet or exceed project needs

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers


Qualified candidates will have the following:


• Bachelor's Degree in Science related discipline (Engineering Field Preferred) OR

• Associates Degree in Technical discipline (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing/Piping, etc.) or Business discipline with 2 years of field experience OR

• In lieu of degree - 3 years of HVAC related experience working in, but not limited to, sales, project management, design engineering

• Ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both oral and written communication

• Background or experience with technical writing and/or proposal generation preferred
