RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking an Auto Adjuster Associate.

Summary:
Within defined guidelines and framework, the Auto Adjuster Associate is responsible for adjusting low complexity auto insurance claims presented by or against our members to include the end-to-end claims process and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. The Auto Adjuster Associate is accountable for delivering best in class service, through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and empathy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required


• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Up to 1 year of customer service experience or military experience


• Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts


• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications


• Successful completion of a job-related assessment may be required


• US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
