CSA is looking for an IT Project Manager to assist our Navy client in delivering the most advanced digital solutions. You'll work directly with clients to manage and track IT projects in support of the Navy. You'll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while working alongside your team to make a tangible difference.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

  • Create integrated project plans for NETC-directed IT projects supporting electronic classroom training environments across Navy training schools
  • Coordinate a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff
  • Review, manage and control status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepares status reports
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers, reporting to the Projects Lead
  • Manage the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives
  • Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment
  • Coordinate with professional and technical support personnel during project execution
  • Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish desired project outcomes
  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
  • Conduct project meetings and manage project tracking, analysis and reporting

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

  • Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret clearance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience including Project Management, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software and Network Programming
  • Proven experience with managing projects related to hardware installations such as servers, workstations, or network infrastructure
  • Previous experience collaborating with U.S. Military clients
  • Effective communication skills to engage with leadership and stakeholders
  • Ability to work onsite in Pensacola, FL
