About the role:

As a Recruiting Supervisor at TQL, you will lead a team of 10-20 Sales Recruiters who recruit for TQL sales teams. You will manage and develop your team, build relationships with hiring managers, and evaluate recruiting reports. Historically we promote Supervisors internally, but our rapid growth and expansion has created an opportunity for a highly driven recruiting leader to join TQL.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and managing a team of recruiters ensuring hiring needs are achieved for all aligned sales teams and offices
  • Coaching and training new and current recruiters to increase hires and productivity
  • Working with hiring managers, recruiting leadership, and office leadership to execute the recruiting strategy for their teams
  • Analyzing and communicating data to recommend and implement recruiting solutions and initiatives
  • Travel to aligned offices as needed to continue to build strong relationships with hiring managers and recruiters

What you need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting
  • 1+ year experience managing high-performing recruiters
  • Demonstrated success exceeding recruiting goals
  • High level of professionalism working with many levels of the organization
  • Comfortable in a metric-based environment
  • Excellent management and leadership skills; superior work ethic
  • Ability to think strategically, perform under pressure, and execute with minimal direction
  • Positive attitude with the ability to lead and influence others
  • Obsessive about relationship building and customer service
  • Ability to travel as needed
