Job Description:

Our client, a non-profit focused on women's healthcare, is seeking a temporary Contract Recruiter. This person will support their HR department in Washington, DC for ~2 months. If you have 4+ years of experience with recruiting, HR, and strong confidentiality capabilities, apply today!


About the Job:

• Attracts candidates through various channels: recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and job fairs.


• Evaluates candidates by developing job advertisements and screening resumes/applications.


• Refers suitable candidates by contacting them to ascertain fit and scheduling interviews.


• Extends offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation packages.


• Initiates onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.


• Ensures efficient and effective filling of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.

About You:

• 4+ years of strong recruiting experience is required.


• A bachelor's degree is required.


• Experience with ICIMS and ADP is preferred.


• Strong confidentiality when handling sensitive information.


• Able to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.

About the Position:

• Pays $33/hr-$37/hr


• Temporary for ~2 months.


• Hybrid 2 days/week onsite.


• Office in Washington, DC.
