Warehouse Data Entry Representative at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Northlake, Illinois

Job Description:

We are a growing logistics organization based in Northlake looking for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to help us in our growth! This role is responsible for managing specific assigned accounts from start to finish to include order processing, inventory reporting and invoicing. This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming a permanent position with the hours of 8-5pm Monday through Friday onsite.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive customer orders via phone, fax and computer on a daily basis. Field daily phone calls from customers.


• Prepare job order forms for fulfillment and warehouse processing.


• Data entry for assigned accounts.


• Teamwork with other Account Managers when workload dictates.


• Expedite processing of customer orders with the Operations Manager.


• Manage computer inventory control for assigned accounts. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly invoices and reports.


• Any other functions necessary to meet company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years Administrative and customer service experience.


• Ability to operate a computer, Basic Windows and PC skills.


• Good customer service and organizational skills.


• Typing and grammatical skills.


• Support company policies and objectives.
