Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining campus buildings utilizing the carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades as well as housekeeping and floor maintenance.
This position will ensure the cleanliness of assigned areas by performing various housekeeping tasks.

Skilled in the use of housekeeping equipment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs., tolerate frequent bending, stooping, and climbing stairs

Ability to work 3rd shift Hours Normally 9 pm - 3 am, Monday - Friday
Experience: Experience in cleaning methods and cleaning supplies.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience working at a university. Experience using a buffer. Experience using a scrubbing machine.

This is an HOURLY position and does NOT entitle the incumbent to Commonwealth of Virginia benefits and is limited to 1500 hours in a 365-day period;
Selected candidate will be required to attend a 2-Day New Employee Orientation Program;
