We're in search of a committed individual to join our team as an Information Security Client & Audit Professional, pivotal in bolstering our organization's security framework. As a central figure within the Information Security Client & Audit team, you'll lead the charge in upholding industry standards through rigorous auditing, precise documentation, and the implementation of best practices. Your core responsibilities will include overseeing both internal and external audits while actively contributing to the enhancement of our Identity Access Management system. By closely collaborating with technology teams, you'll pinpoint areas for enhancement and drive initiatives aimed at strengthening our information security infrastructure. What you’ll do

• Oversee and coordinate ISS STOXX's external Security Certification Program.
• Demonstrate adeptness in prioritization, ensuring timely completion of audit tasks, operational duties, and projects as required.
• Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and assessing compliance with industry standards, certifications, and internal controls.
• Provide assurance to our clients that we are committed to protecting their information by assisting with client security audits and assessments.
• Aid in the documentation of work processes and controls to uphold transparency and accountability.
• Provide regular reports on status and identified risks to senior management.
• Evaluate processes and technology, proposing solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Proactively escalate issues and concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate global requirements.
• Fulfill any additional duties assigned to maintain and enhance the firm's security posture.

Desired Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interact and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with auditors and ISS STOXX personnel in locations around the globe.
• Strong writing ability.
• Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing time and resources to achieve target dates.
• Must be a productive and proactive team player.
• Strong general computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes with ease.
• Have strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Have a high-level of risk intelligence and security awareness.
• Able to work on own initiative.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience within an information security audit and compliance environment.
• Experience of establishing and monitoring information security controls.
• Knowledge of, and experience in ISO 27001, SOC2, SSAE or other compliance standards.
