(Contingent upon available funding): 13.50 - 20.00, Hourly Work Schedule: M-F 8a-5p generally Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Provide administrative support in a split appointment to the 1) Extension faculty housed in the Department of Nutritional Sciences and 2) Dietetics Program Directors.Coordinate programs, projects, and administrative functions.Communicate with 1) Extension faculty within and outside of the NSCI department and community partners related to Community Health Extension programming, and 2) Dietetics program directors, preceptors and supervised practice sites.Serve as a staff resource person for the NSCI Extension faculty and Dietetics Program Leaders in the Department of Nutritional Sciences including the management of program activities, correspondence, services, projects, and administrative functions for the Nutritional Sciences programs.Assist with other administrative duties for the Nutritional Sciences programs as needed or requested. Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED and one year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Experience with computer software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, and other Database programs and multi-line telephone.



Preferred Qualifications:

High School/GED and three years of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Experience with SmartSheet spreadsheets and health data visualization software.
