Job Description
The role of Customer Service is to consistently provide and maintain exceptional service support for all USAG operations while providing timely and accurate information with internal/external collaboration. This role must be able to solve customer's problems and help identify the need for a solution to ensure customer satisfaction while developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers within our network.
Responsibility
Receive, review and process inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Simultaneously manage inbound and outbound phone calls and email inquiries
Work with specific suppliers on customer orders and concerns
Capture and maintain accurate information in system
Research and reconcile invoice and credit discrepancies
Review and resolve EDI incoming issues
Performs end of day accounting for stores and investigate balancing discrepancies
Research customer credit variance inquiries
Process and research return claims to vendors
Sets up new rebate accounts, makes account revisions, and issues rebate credit to local and independent stores.
Balance Inventory GL Activity and research variances
Always maintain a professional and courteous attitude and relationship with customers.
Be able to critically assess and report issues and opportunities
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have great communication skills.
Must demonstrate professional business etiquette.
Microsoft Office Knowledge comfortable navigating multiplatform IT systems
