Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:




  • Deliver technical support and aid to consumers

  • Manage approximately 20 calls daily (comfortable with extensive phone usage).

  • Address basic queries related to specific instruments and connectivity products.

  • Facilitate connections between consumers and authorized providers.

  • Provide professional solutions, support, and assistance for consumer requests, inquiries, issues, and complaints.

  • Maintain comprehensive call logs and reports across various systems.

  • Handle consumer calls and emails to create positive experiences and instill confidence in the product.

  • Document notes for each consumer interaction in contact management software.

  • Identify and report potential trends, issues, and improvement suggestions to the Supervisor.

  • Perform additional tasks or projects as directed by the Supervisor.



Requirements:




  • High school diploma or GED as a minimum educational qualification.

  • Proficiency in technology is a must.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.

  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Bluetooth and mobile devices is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated patience when assisting users who may have limited technology experience.

  • Genuine interest in helping people.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.



Additional Info:


  • Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

  • Shifts available: Mon - Fri, 10:30am-7:30pm

    • Training Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm



  • Location: Work from your home office - must be based in Minnesota
