Provide Administrative support to the property manager
Interact with employees, tenants, visitors and vendors with poise and diplomacy
Responding to tenant and vendor requests
Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
Process and enter invoices in accounting software
Tracking COI's
Manage work order system
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1 year minimum of Commercial Property management experience required.
AR/AP experience required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
