Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team at their luxurious Delray Beach location! The Project Coordinator ensures clients receive a top-tier experience throughout the process of their construction project, as well as provide support to Project Managers and the Sales Team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, customer service focused go-getter who is organized and thrives in a collaborative environment.
This position is 100% onsite in Delray Beach, FL - Local Candidates Only!
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service (In-person, over the phone, and through email)
Schedule appointments, inspections, etc
Showcase products and educate clients on services face-to-face when needed
Maintain and operate CRM
Communicate with teams across the company and provide support where needed
Collect payments
Administrative duties: Filing, scanning, etc
Requirements:
Proven experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related field
MS Office proficiency
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
High level of integrity
Ability to remain focused and positive in a fast paced environment
