Our client, a leading manufacturing and retail business, is seeking a dynamic Analytics Insights Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a strong background in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization, particularly within the consumer goods or retail industry.
This role will be responsible for developing and managing insight generation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and reporting strategies and methodologies across the organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the client's digital and marketing technology journey by developing and executing reporting and analyses to drive business and customer value. This position requires a commitment of 3 days per week onsite at the client's Cleveland, Ohio location. Candidates must be either a citizen or possess a Green Card.
Responsibilities:
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor business effectiveness, user behavior, sales transactions, and engagement, utilizing SQL for data extraction.
Lead the creation and completion of multivariate and A/B testing documents, including hypothesis creation, influencing creative, identifying success metrics, and conducting post-test analysis.
Provide data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and engagement across all devices, platforms, and channels.
Perform data mining and drilling to extract information from backend systems, databases, or operational repositories to provide business intelligence against KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
At least 4 years of experience in an analytics role.
Experience conducting statistical analysis using tools such as R, Python, SAS, or similar.
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau for creating and presenting summary and detailed results, including recommendations and implementation suggestions.
