B V L G A R I is looking for a Business Partner Marketing Manager to join it's Latin America & Caribbean team!
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Trade & Retail Marketing for Latin America & Caribbean, this position is based in the Miami regional office, located in Coral Gables, Florida.
This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that supports our Business Partners division for Bulgari Jewelry, Watches, & Accessories to achieve its business' goals and brand standards.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate on strategy and manage execution of marketing and CRM plans for our business partners.
Be the main contact for Business Partner on any marketing initiative and needs.
Liaise with regional and worldwide teams to appropriately integrate local marketing initiatives into overall regional and global strategy ensuring brand consistency;
Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure that commercial objectives and ambitions are accounted for in the proposed plans.
Support on negotiation of BP marketing plans
Consolidate, manage and control budgets, credit requests and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Ensure brand objectives and strategy are implemented.
Ensure brand image is kept at the highest standards.
Communicate effectively and timely with all stakeholders.
Support execution and propose events and activations
Work with Retail Marketing Sr Manager on event concept development and approval
Liaise with PR and Branding Sr Manager on approvals of PR and KOL related activities
Liaise with Media Manager on validation of Media plans and assets availability
Liaise with CRM Manager on proposed CRM activities and implementation
Oversee the vendor selection for decorative elements and oversee the production of supporting materials (invites, menus, gifting, collateral materials)
Select and approve catering and beverage vendors
Oversee local production of VM and gifts.
Provide post event presentations, report and analyze the ROI for each event
Process invoices related to media, events and CRM plan co-op
Liaise with VM and ID teams to develop a cohesive and perfect brand image in the market.
Control and follow up on allocated budgets on a monthly basis
Oversee billing reconciliation and supplier management.
Update Budget Control files
Verify and correct discrepancies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing and advertising related position;
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook; Adobe Acrobat;
Strong interpersonal and relationship--building skills;
Negotiation skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
Appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry;
Strong written and verbal skills;
Detail-oriented;
Positive and focused professional team player;
Domestic and international travel as needed.
Spanish and English are a must. Italian/Portuguese is desirable
