The Project Specialist, Creative, Brand, is a dynamic, production savvy, and highly organized individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project coordination and support towards the creation of compelling brand and show creative for our client's new streaming platform. This position requires some tangible production management skills across video, print, digital & design and exceptional communication and prioritization skills. This position will report to the Project Manager over Brand and will be a key stakeholder to creative, marketing, design, press, and other business cross-functional teams within the Brand Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality, and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.
Responsibilities:
Project coordinate all facets of creative development from production through delivery of major tentpole campaigns
Manage project planning actions and timelines, while clearly communicating to stakeholders
Create & manage required project documentation and reports including: asset trackers, timelines, production budgets, and vendor paperwork (NDAs, SOWs, invoices)
Coding and tracking of production costs related to the 2024 Brand Campaign
Liaise with other coords/specialists around the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment on Brand campaigns
Represent the PMO and advocate for project management standards and best practices
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree level or equivalent, 2+ years experience working on production centric projects with strong production knowledge in the video, digital, and out-of-home spaces
Understanding of working with outside vendors and familiarity with tracking, organizing, and systemizing vendor invoices and payment schedules
Organized and extremely thorough, a stickler for process with documentations and tracking key campaign details
Experience of project management methodologies and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation
Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
