Summary:

This internship aims to equip college students with the necessary knowledge and skills to enter the field of digital marketing by offering comprehensive exposure to the various functions within a digital media buying organization. The internship is intended to provide a holistic experience that allows participants to envision a future career with Lever after graduation or to kickstart their digital marketing journey. Through this internship, you will receive training, engage in all aspects of media operations, collaborate with client services, and attend development sessions to gain unique agency experience. By the end of the internship, you will be well-prepared for success in the digital marketing industry.

Note: This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting the performance of various digital marketing campaigns, including insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use digital analytics tools to track site traffic, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular internal and external reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies for campaign optimization.
  • Conduct market research to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Attend team meetings and actively contribute to discussions on campaign strategies, tactics, and best practices.

Experience/Skill Required:

The ideal candidate will possess data and reporting experience, strong interpersonal skills, and strong technical skills as per below:

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Internship attendance is required in-office

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent college graduate or currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Marketing, IMS, Business Management, Journalism, or any other professional degree track
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to review data, interpret data and make recommendations
  • Understanding of advertising, social media & key performance indicators
  • Must possess good organizational skills and be efficient in multitasking
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and pivot tables
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
