JOB PURPOSE: To enter customer orders as well as handle customer calls and requests in an appropriate and timely manner
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Enter orders based on faxes, emails and telephone calls • Provide written and verbal quotes to customers • Respond to customer requests for information and documents • Direct phone calls as needed (main line, etc.) • Resolve customer issues
SKILLS REQUIRED: • Strong attention to detail; • Ability to work well with others and as an individual • Excellent written and verbal skills • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Problem-solving skills
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
One to three years related experience and/or training in the field.
