A Dialysis company based in Federal Way, WA is seeking experienced Revenue Specialists to join their team.
This is a hybrid opportunity (almost fully remote / infrequent office visits required) after the first day onsite for IT pickup and orientation in Federal Way.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Perform duties for revenue operations department related to either medical insurance collections or credits, or setting patient insurance coverage
- Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
- Respond timely and accurately to payer communications
- Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
- Partner with clinics teammates such as Insurance counselors, social workers and facility administrators to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
- Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
- Maintain current patient account information at all times
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Current Resident of Federal Way, WA (or within commuting distance)
- Healthcare and medical billing / insurance experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am / 8:30am start time
Pay: $20.50 per hour (room for growth after 13 week contract period!)
Length: 520 Hours (approx. 13 weeks) Contract to Hire opportunity.
Benefits:
In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment.
