Role Description
This is a part-time (20hrs/week) on-site role in St. Augustine, FL for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical assistance, executive administrative support, and exceptional phone etiquette in a busy office environment. The Administrative Assistant will also communicate with Chamber members and visitors to St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra and will provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills, including data entry and record-keeping
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or certification in administrative support is a plus
